We will remotely resolve any issues you encounter at a time that's suitable to you (including out of hours support), or provide onsite support for any issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
- Server & Device Hardware Monitoring:
We will monitor and maintain your servers and devices. Making sure they perform at maximum capacity for as long as possible.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions:
We will ensure you have a comprehensive and reliable backup & disaster recovery solution should the unforeseen happen to your data or devices.
- Service Level Agreements (SLA's):
We will guarantee Service Level Agreements for all requests, making sure all jobs are turned around quickly, to your satisfaction and with regular updates.
- Network Auditing:
We will provide a quarterly network audits to make sure your infrastructure is meeting your requirements. From Wi-Fi and network port expansion, to upgrading and replacing hardware no longer fit for purpose.
- Hardware & Software Supply:
We will make sure that, should there be any requirements for hardware or software, we will source, supply and fit all items to make sure you are only paying for what you need.
- 3rd Party Vendor Liaison:
We will contact and liaise with any 3rd parties you work with, making sure you spend less time talking to the suppliers, and more time working on the business.
- Network Plans & Documentation:
We will provide bespoke plans & documentation for your unique infrastructure, giving you full visibility and understanding of your own network.
-Office 365 Support:
We can manage and administer your Office 365 Portal. From new staff and email creation, to license and software support.
- New Starter Requests:
When you take on new staff, we will make sure they have login information, emails, printers and all other setup requirements so they can hit the ground running.
- Local and Cloud Domain Management:
We will fully manage or setup any local domain or cloud domain (like Azure) you have a requirement for.
Working with you, we build a plan confirming how many hours of IT Support you will require a month an set a contract around your needs. With hourly discount rates for high hour volume customers with complete packages.

Our Ad-Hoc support allows you to call out one of our professional IT engineers as and when you need us. While more costly on the hourly rate, it gives you the confidence to know a qualified technician is only a phone call away and that you're not paying for a service you aren't using.
This support includes all our services, from hardware repairs and software issues, to network expansion and data recovery. The support starts the moment the IT Engineer arrives on site or remotely connects, meaning there is no cost if the issue is resolved by yourself prior, or if the advice given over the phone by one of our engineers helps you fix the issue.
Starting at £30 p/h (£15 p/h remote support) with a £20 call out fee.
